For more affordable stuff, I'd recommend Bloom and Planks. For more expensive but technical gear (3L shells and what not) I'd say Trew, Flylow, FW wear, Strafe, North Face, or Orage. I try to buy these brands used as brand new they are in the $450-$500 range (way too expensive for me) and because this gear tends to be so durable that it'll last a few seasons even if it has already been used a season or two.
