site went down while trying to respond yesterday so i hope multiple replies don't show up - start with 180s. once you feel good - throw it a little harder and commit for the 3. also, your body will always follow your head. so, when learning, throw it and don't stop looking around the corner untill you spot your landing - your body will come around. once you get good at 3s you can do what ever with your head and look where you want b/c you'll throw em different. good luck. a clean 3 is always cool - especially when you throw em big or off drops and stuff in the bc. use the search bar and you'll can find some more info on this.
