I Need Help With Uploading Video

I have video i want to upload. NS only allows 5MB, i want the window to be a nice size and in a quicktime window. I dont want to reduce it to only 5MB because it will be really small or have bad quality. I have a video that 57MB that i want to upload. If i do it on youtube or putfile or sites like that the resolution doesnt look good.Where and how can i do it?

i just realized why everyone started using brightcove... it hardly reduces the quality at all. so id suggest that

hmmm it seems as though you already have.

i dont know what it does to the quality, i i heard soreson (sp?) squeeze is a decent compressing program. i know if you google it you can get a free trial, but you'll have to find a crack or buy it if you want it for good

I would upload to Brightcove...and just dont bother with compressing

i did upload to brightcove, but it has a limit of 100mb so i have to compress a little.
