Ok. Friends of mine have found a place in Keystone. Problem is I would like cheaper rent, and I really can't afford the first put down. So would anyone like to share a room with me?

Anyone want to seriously do this?

Rent is 1900 a month plus utilities so I pretty much rounded up to 2000.

There are 4 bedrooms.

Each bedroom would be 500.

But everyone else can afford it...me on the other hand can't.

So if I can find someone who wouldn't mind splitting a room with me (Aspen) would have pay 250 for rent. I would pay the other 250 so all in all that comes to 500 for the room.

You can't forget about the deposit/first rent/lest rent. So for a single room that would be 1500 up front. If you split a room with me (Aspen) that would be 750 for you, and 750 for me.

I'm sorry that you don't want a girlfriend, but I just want a cheap place to sleep. LOL. I'm there to ski, work, and sleep.

if i didnt have this job and if i didnt just get a raise i would be out there in a HEARTBEAT. christ. i wanna move real bad.
 
dude, summit cove is less than 5 minutes from keystone, and is right next to swan mountain rd, so it's quick to breck too, and you get an actual house instead of a cramped apartment, so i don't see anything to complain about.
 
damn. thats kinda early. i was thinking about mooving in like spring. im not even sure if i can ski yet. my knee is fucked up. but hmm. i'll PM you at some point. and ask if it is still an option. thats a pretty good deal.
 
Well, Jeff has to move fast since he is filming for PBP. I'm most likely going to have to pay for an extra month since I'm not there.
 
shitty, well i might be out for the season with a knee injusry, if not, (i find out by tomorrow cuz of MRI shit) i will for sure try. i want to get the fuck out of HOOD. haha

Well here is a big bonus, i'm a pretty decent BAKER, i know how to make cookies, its an art, i'm also quite good with breakfast foods....its a good move if your a food lover!

i wasn't talking about SLC, i know it's not all Mormons, it was one of those funny but true statements that's a generalization about the area obviously doesn't ring completely true.
 
SLC is a blast, and I'm gonna kick myself for not coming. Jacki and I have some top secret plans for next fall, though...
 
Anyone up for Leadville with me? Super cheap if there are two for a two bedroom apartment! You know you want to live cheap in Lake County so you can afford Summit! LOL.
