I need help from people who are smart (or stupid, if they know stuff about computers)

in short, i signed up for the 2 free weeks of napster and i downloaded a program on winamp to convert the music to a form where i can burn it onto cds

problem is, when i try to put the songs into a playlist to burn them to a cd, it says each of the songs are about 4000 minutes. has anybody else tried this or can anybody help me?

idk, but ry using a differnet program and convert them again. www.dbpoweramp.com is a good place. like take the files that are 4000 or whatever min long and convert them to the same format using db power amp.

Just a silly question: Are you trying to make an Mp3 cd or a regular music cd?

Any program like Nero or Roxia etc will automaticaly change an MP3 into music CD format for you.

If you're making an MP3 CD, all you need to do is copy the files onto the CD. Don't change them at all. Just make a data cd with a bunch of MP3s on it. This isn't the prettiest way to do it, but it's the easiest.

the problem is i can't put the songs on cds the way they are. napster has some crazy thning going on that prohibits me from doing that, which is why i am trying to convert the format of the songs

what? Don't you PAY for Napster songs now? If you pay for a song, you should be able to do damn well whatever you please with it. That's retarded. I'm pissed off now. Use limewire or bittorrent.
