I need help fast!!!

So I know there was a couple threads about this already, but they don't work for the Ipod Touch.

So Anyway My Computer crashed not to long ago and we just got it back and I need to my music off of my brothers Touch, onto Itunes. However I only have 3 hours to do this because my brother goes to Australia in 3 hours. So what are some ways to do this? because "My Computer" wont pick up the touch as hard drive or what ever and all the trials of the programs on only let you do like 10 songs.
 
I have a program called podplayerpackage 2. If you can find it it's pretty good. then again, it's a few years old so it may not work. maybe there's an update by now.
 
take a deep breath. go to goolgle. search for a program called sinuti or something like that. download it. follow the instructions. you are set.
 
that sucks man, I don't know what to tell you. I figured it might be outdated since it's their only free one. They have others that will work for like 12 bucks I think. try searching around on ipodlounge.com maybe?
 
I'm pretty sure you just go to wherever you extracted the files and move them where you want. Or just double-click them from there/drag and drop into itunes.
