so my throat hurts recently. im talking like a kinda burn. and now i have a really bad taste in my mouth. I have no clue what it is. kinda tastes like metal but not the same as blood. If its possible, refrain from the sucking penis jokes and help me out. thanks

 
i swear to god there was a thread not to long ago where someone had the same thing going on. no joke. i cant remember the title though. a quick google has led me to believe you have a sinus infection. possible?
 
ok sorry for the double post. upon futher investigation more likely to be strep as the person above said. get ahold of some antibiotics and you should be fine
 
if you are on medications that could be a part of the problem. if not, i would guess an infection (which just means you have a sore throat). maybe strep, maybe not. also, i feel like i have heard before that an overly dry oral mucosa can produce a metallic taste. but i thought it was just a morning sort of thing.
 
gargle lots of salt water and mouth wash if you use it lots of water is an obvious tip. if it doesnt go away in a week or so youve probably given strep to someone else by now.
 
yup that metalic taste is likely an infection. Gargle salt water (1/2 spoon salt/ cup warm water) and that should help. If it continues you need to see doctor for antibiotics probs.
 
i know this has been said but salt water for sure. i had what is happening to u like a month ago and that worked wonders
 
Yeah strep throat for sure. It's an infection so if it gets worse your gonna wanna get some antibiotics from a doctor
