I need a watch with a garrote built in.

The one I used to have I got in NYC and it broke last week. I can't fine it online anywhere anyone know where I can get a new one.
 
I searched all over google and found nothing, where in NYC did you get it and how much? I have a few buddies going to school/living there. maybe I can get one and ship it to you if its not too expensive...
 
What movie did they use this in? It's about a Russian assassin whos actually like a spy for the FBI.
 
A garrote or garrote vil (a Spanish word; alternative spellings include garotte and garrotte[1]) is a weapon, most often referring to a handheld ligature of chain, rope, scarf, wire or fishing line used to strangle a person.[2]

They are easy enough to make on your own, just make sure to get legit garrote wire or a legit garrote which you can buy either right off of Amazon and also make sure to get high tensile strength, small bolting type pieces to secure it with that you can get at any decent hardware store. You can buy the replica Bond Garrote watch off eBay or other places but I doubt they use real garrote wire for it so it would probably break if you tried to use it.

It's not just for strangling, it's a tremendous way to restrain someone into submission without ever put their life at any risk unless you wanted it to. Going under the arm, over the shoulder or used on a leg or two will restrain better than handcuffs while giving the option to go lethal in a second if you really need to so it's actually a tremendous self defense tool, the killing stuff is mainly movie drama at least with the watches anyway, which obviously I cannot condone unless facing a mortal threat. I was looking for a quality one just for novelty sake to add to my large collection of such things that I've been collecting for about 26 years out of my 38, never used a weapon on anyone, even in far more cases than I can be proud of where people have tried to use a gun or a knife against me which I've chose without thinking, to deal with just with my hands as well as anything I could get a hold of that's within reach, even though I am always armed. So this stuff is not for irresponsible people who would pull out say a knife in a fistfight or even a knife to combat a knife wielding attacker although it would be a very effective defense if you know how to use it.

Let me know if you find a high quality one for sale, price doesn't matter but it should be on the higher end of the spectrum.

SEIKO 558-5000 is the 'from russia with love watch' with a garrote Very available. If you are competent with your hands they are quite makable out of about any watch. (never had anything over 500 so excuse my ignorance)
 
I am not here to ask why, only answer the question asked.....and I would go with the protonia, has a recorder as well as a garotte and seems to be more functional than a movie prop.. I have never seen or wanted either I cannot compare other than looks.
 
how tf do you even find a thread this old to reply to?

but will keep the amswer in mind if i ever need such an item
