I need a good town/city in the west

I might be moving out west with my mother but I need to find a town/city that is a combination of these factors:

Must have good skiing, (Park and BC)

Near a college

Decent culture and community

Good court system

I appreciate any legit input.
 
move out to seattle or bellingham washington, and go to either uw or western. then u got baker, snoqualmie, crystal, stevens.

steamboat is alright too... fucking expensive though. and theres only a community college there... decent school however.
 
Boulder.

-its right by CU

-it is about and hour away from keystone, breckenridge, and a-basin and an hour and a half or so away from vail and beaver creek

-it has awesome people who live there with a ton of different lifestyles

-it has killer parties

-really pretty city and environment
