I MOVIE USERS HELP!!!!!

i have i movie, and me and my friends made a video. the video is about 700 kilo thingies...anyways i exported it to quicktime in a web movie form, and went to put it on newschoolers and it said there was an error. and that it needed to be AVI MPEG or MOV mode. how do i get it in this mode??

also is there any way i can compress a 19.2 mb video into 2 mb.....on i movie

Check the file extension on your movie.. make sure it is in lower case.

sugarloafer, export the video as mov, lower the frame rate, picture size, and increase the distance between key frames...that'll drop it

i would leave the frame rate where it is, 30 looks so much better than 15
