I miss freeze.

same here i was just flipping through the R.I.P FREEZE mag the other day...fuck transworld

i tried to replace it with freeskier but it just wasnt the same...we should make a NEWSCHOOLERS magazine with Micah Abrams as the editor.

yea i have a stack of all the freezes i ever got, i look through them all the time, anyone remember that ask brad with the top ten uses for snowblades? that was the funniest shit ever

the one thing that sticks out in my mind, i was around 10, i got my first freeze, and about half way through there was an article about why a pack a day single mother can get life insurance but a pro skier couldnt. there was also a picture of the inside of a strip bar, and it showed a boobie.

ahaha ye i have that one

boot protectors, butter knive, key chain orniment, pooper scooper, kindling cant remember the rest of it

i still look through them once in a while, freeze was my first and favourite ski magazine

Wow, I never realized how much of a major impact freeze had on my skiing and my ife...what a dope magazine

You guys are going to make me cry. I waslooking through one of my FREEZE magazines and I found the article about Skarachuting and the Hippie thing. That was another funny article. RIP FREEZE. We miss you.

I'm still reading them.

I subscribed for the last 2 ½ years and I'm still reading my issue. The first issue I received doesn't have a cover anymore lol. Do you guys remember the Rookie Class of 2002? ½ of them are now big pros and at that time they were totally unknown.(most of them)

In fairness transworld snowboarding was right down the hall and when freeze went under the writers for transworld snow were really sad to see them go. There was even an article about it in TWS saying "we had so much fun with the freeze guys and now the're getting replaced by Transworld ATV...and we think its really fucked."

dont forget the liftie of the month

or the best part....the trick tips, it was so helpful

the best freeze article i remember was like "park rat vs big mountain ripper" it was like tanner vs seth, what was better. they had these jokes pseudonyms like "Jethro Mollysun" and "Spanner Small". funny shit

I miss freeze, too. I really liked pretty much everything about that magazine.

But to be honest, the first freeskiing oriented magazine I read and liked was Axis. Does anyone else miss them? I sure do.
