you're lucky it's not cancer though, but that thing you have is pretty common. my friend had to get surgery for it and it was like a walk in and leave an hour later thing. simple procedure, nothing to worry about
 
could very well be a hydro seal. i had one a few years ago and they thought it was maybe cancer for a few days. pretty scary experience, but in the end i just needed a simply surgery. Though i will say, it wasn't the most pleasant experience of my life.

Saying varicocele is short for varicolectemy, the procedure in which the doctor either untwists the twisted varicose veins, or thins out the vein that is blocking the bloodflow. It usually never looks like cancer, maybe to the patient, but an actual urologist will be able to differentiate between lumps on your balls or an excess of fluid.
 
Its probably varicocele, I have it too. Never bothered to get it looked at, but its been like that since my pre-pubescent days and hasnt really changed, so I don't think its a big deal. I have been checking for changes / legit lumps on my nuts, but its just backed up veins that make it feel like that.

Good decision getting it checked out though. Surgery isn't necessary for most cases, but yours sounds worse than mine, my veins return to normal when I lie down or relax. Maybe I should have the doc look at it the next time I'm at the doctor.
 
If you're 15, theres about a .1% chance that you have testicular cancer... you would have to be microwaving your balls for about twenty minutes on high every day...

this is one of the hardest fails i've seen in awhile, not just in grammer, but in content. Just straight up retarded. When i say this i'm not defending OhMyBosh, but the laced weed insults need to stop. They stopped being funny way too long ago for them to continue. If you guys hate him that much, try to come up with better insults, its just sad reading the laced weed onces now.
