Do I go with the nearby Canyons, far away Brighton, or Alta? I'm getting a pass for powder. Canyons is close and they open before pc, after watching 11th hour brighton seems really cool plus you can noght ski so I could stay in salt lake for a while and get my moneys worth, and even tho ive never been to alta it seems like a chill quiet place. By the way Brighton is the most ezxpensive and I have to drive 45 min, Alta is the next step down money wise, and the canyons is only 99 dollars and 5 minutes away. Also I'm going to some comps at the canyons

if you can afford the gas and time to go out of PC on a pow day i would say either bird alta or brighton...

it is a 100 mile round trip from intown to alta. the canyons is ok if you have to stay in pc

Go to The Canyons, maybe I'll see you there. A pass for me costs 399 though. Once you get out of high school the prices jump like crazy.

Snowbird alta baby

Snowbird= lots o' consistent vert, hit most aspects at most elevations whenever, lots of terrain, park, comps, exc

Alta= cool stashes (a little too crowded lately), open boundries (with easy bootpacks to fun stuff)some really fun areas, pounders on monoboards, exc

wolf you are dumb. you in no way say anything that helps anybody anywhere. the kid was asking a question, and we gave him a good answer. it is shitty having to drive that far to ski when you live in pc and can walk to ski. just cause you think that you are the shit cause you ski alta everyday, that doesn't actualy mean that you are the shit. in fact from all the b.s. i read from you in these forums, in my opinion you are not a very respectable person. maybe next time somebody asks a question about PC or park you should just not chime in seeing as all you will do is talk shit on them.

i find it funny, because in now way does my responses reflect my accual personality. dont take it so serious brah. i ski PC all the time. its just fun giving people shit on here because people ask the same questions multiple times a week.

just fucking around with people, its the internet

dude what are you talking about...you just can't put a sled in little cottonwood canyon. mrkristofo meant that you can ride a sled from the pc side of guardsmen to the brighton side...

alta or brighton and PC just need to join up and build a fuckin gangjola...then u could ride both easily. pow in the morning, then park in the afternoon. they could have a combined pass.

but to awnser your question...

thats a long drive, but some days at Alta the pow is so worth it, when u turn around and can't see your friends becuase the snow is too deep, I would drive 300 miles for that. PC is cool, but the mountain is lacking good terrain and deep pow, so alta or bird would be a good choice. u just need to decide if you will go enough to get your moneys worth. unless your a rich fuck from PC, then who cares, get alta or bird

SAVE OUR CANYONS has asked that you do not commute from pc to the cottonwoods. Ur fuel consumption alone will cause further global warming...thank you im here till thursday
