I pissed off my science teacher pretty bad today. We watched these videos on a "perfect storm" and now as a project we have to create our own perfect storm. My teacher gave us an example he made. In his example a giand hurricane formed in the Gulf of Mexico and hit mexico, flood ing and killing everyone. Then he said the hurricane created massive lightening and lit the place on fire. While this is happening, there is an earthquake that breaks off a chunk of Baja California and creates a giant tsunami that goes all the way across mexico. When the tsunami and hurricane there is a giant nuclear explosion (lol). He says we should pick a place that we don't like and make a possible weather storm.
Me: "So you don't like Mexico"
Teacher: "Mexico's fine"
M "Then why did you destroy it"
T "I don't know"
M "Racist"
T "Shut up"
M "How the hell does a tsunami and a hurricane create a nuclear explosion"
T "It just does"
M "I thought this was supposed to b realistic"
T "I added sci fi to it"
M "Then it isn't realistic"
T "Yes it is"
M "How does a tsunami travel all the way across mexico"
T "Shut the hell up"
M "Answer my question"
T "It's my storm. I can make it do whatever I want. Is that OK with you?"
M "Not if it doesn't make sense"
T "SHUT THE HELL UP"
M "Racist"
And then the bell rang.
 
This seems unrealistic, but if it is. Why do you care about Mexicans? I mean sure we all need a porch or deck built every once in a while but, not THAT badly.
 
it was cultural diversity day today at my school and in english we had to write a story about someone who went into a concentration camp and we could make up whatever we wanted and i threw in this one part about a kid named juan who dug under the fence of the concentration camp and escaped across the border lol
 
respect i would do the same mexico sucks ass expet for the resorts and stuff those are real fun but the country itself is so shitty that they have to come here and make our country shittier instead of fixing there own.
 
Hemp and Waterparks. The values of Mexico. The bad thing about what he did was that there are a few Mexicans in the class and one of them got super offended because h basically called mexicans idiots. I didn't include that part because I didn't think it was a vital part of the story.

Kind of a race. Each hispanic country has it's own specific physical characteristics. And I was being disrespectful, but this teacher deserves no respect.

Spend 10 minutes in a class with this guy and you would understand my actions. I respect all my other teachers, but this guy is a douche. He doesn't teach anything. If you ask him a serious question about science he doesn't give a response. EVERYONE hates him, including some of the other staff members. You get treated how you treat others.
 
it sucks dude, i know it. I'm about to graduate from college and i can tell you you'll have plenty more jackasses along the way unfortunately. But you gotta try to stay on their good side because when you least expect it - it pays off.
 
I care if he's a douche. I'm not trying to be a douche right now if I'm coming across as one. But he's too honest to fail someone for no good reason. I get that being a teacher is hard and everything, but if all you do is act like an ass to your students what do you think is going to happen?
 
Seriously, I just want to slap the shit out of you. School is a game, when you pass a class, you get a point, when you piss off a teacher, they get a point. WIN THE FUCKING GAME!
 
I'm not in highschool. It really doesn't matter if I pass or not. I have an A in the class for the record.
 
Ok. I wasn't doing this to try and get attention, or piss him off, or be funny, or anything. He has pissed me and most other people off since day one. We all just talk about him behind his back, but I couldn't keep my mouth shut any longer. This is the first time I've ever done anything like this. I asked to get transfered out of the class, but the school wouldn't let me.

but seriously, stop acting like a little prick. i swear every single one of my classes is filled with kids like you. the kids that act really immature and disrupt without anything good to say. i question what my teachers say if i dont agree with it, but it constructive and i dont look like a stupid asshole.
 
I think you guys are missing the point. I might just be being an asshole, so you guys might be right. But I'll just post the reasons for my actions.
1) Since the first day of class, the teacher has had no respect for anyone2) He doesn't know what he is talking about much of the time3) He is the biggest hypocrite ever.4) He yells for no reason and is super moody. Like he is constantly PMSing.

When I acted and what I acted over wasn't the best at all, but I'm fucking tired of this guy. I asked to be transfered out of the class multiple times but wasn't allowed to.
 
keep this in mind though... he controls your grade... he gets pissed enough, he could/will fail you just to spite you.. and when that happens there isnt anything you can do.. you learn this when you get to college, profs dont give a flying fuck what your opinions are. like i made some comment about how i was voting for McCain and i failed two tests in a row. compared said tests with neighbors that got As and Bs... and my answers werent different enough to get an F.....
 
my science teacher is the best. he always makes fun of all the sluts in my class. like he was asking about crabs and then he was all like, hannah, you know all about crabs, tell us about it. ahahah
 
at my university if something like that happened you can bring the test grade to whoever graded it if you think it was graded unfairly. They look over it and tell you what they think of your argument. If that doesn't work out the way you want it to and you still feel like you have been fucked over then you go to the professor of the class and he does the same thing. if that doesn't work then you can go to the head of the department the class is in (ie. a math class, go to the math department). They look over it and if they see the professor took a personal grudge against you and graded you unfairly they have the power to send the case to a review board which can punish him however they see fit and change your grade to whatever your work deserved.

 
i guess that is the dumbest task i ever heard... unbelievable (i know its not representative for the whole states) to do such stuff in school
 
science teacher think they can do what ever they want but they just hate there lives inside and take it out on student by trying to sound cool same for alomost all teachers

how the hell can you insult any single country like that? you're no one to say that our culture is better than theirs. i'm guessing you're mainly referring to mexico's economy but it's impossible to completely separate economic success from culture. try being born and raised there.... and then you might be entitled to an opinion on whether or not the country "sucks ass"
