start by dissembling the toe and heel piece and then you need to sand the paint off the metal as well as clean the plastic heel piece but as i said [tag=226027]@GrapeHunter[/tag] had a really detailed explanation and steps for getting started and you should get the hang pretty quick and ideas will come. Just curious what skis your thinking of mounting them on.

Preciate it dude, I'll def check out what he had to say, I have last years arv 100s (like a pink and blue top sheet with a guy that looks a bit like silver surfer) and the grey pivots.
