it's been suggested that releasing a large amount of urine at once can give you a sensation similar to orgasm.

I wouldn't say close to orgasm...but when you have to go REALLY REALLY bad, damn that feels sooooo releiving. A different good i guess.
 
Oh god, after holding a piss in a car for like 3 hours, pissing is like the best fucking thing ever. But then your bladder hurts after from being all stretched, its like getting an orgasm then being punched in the balls.
 
lucky people i twitch a lot and i sometimes ill even have seisures rarely but it happens and i dont like it have you ever had a seisure while u were in the shower? i have i came too with a big gash in my head had to get 9 stiches
