for asking if anyone was a Whistler Blackcomb instructor, so that I could ski with someone on NS during my ski lessons I have to take when my school goes up in two weeks. It was kinda funny watching my karma drop 300 in about 3 minutes for saying I wouldn't be a gaper.
Anyways, I'm trying again so here goes:
My school's Prince of Wales Mini School, and we're coming up Jan. 14-16. I made a thread about this about a month or two ago and there was some interest but I forgot their names. I wanna ski more park than just runs and I could get a group together with similar interests so you could have an easier job skiing what you want I think it would be a win win for both of us?
 
well I'm not asking anything of the guy, just wondering if there was any NSers that could be my instructor for my whistler trip rather than having someone I can't relate to at all. We all have to take lessons and theres no way I can get out of it, so might as well make it fun for both right?
is it kinda confusing should I explain it more?
 
haha I didn't just step off the boat
but to an extent you can, what we do is once we get let off the bus we go to the general area marked "advanced" "intermediate" "novice" and the instructors stand their while we vaguely make our groups then we get an instructor for our group.
Doesn't really go that way its kind of a mess but you get the rough idea. Or atleast thats what we did last year and the year before so I'm assuming thats gonna happen this year too. Last year I just went up to the one guy with crowbars under his helmet and asked him if I could be in his group.
So ya, I can KINDA choose my instructor.
