so im drivin along and then all of a sudden i hear something snap and then i hear a rattling noise under the hood.. i pull over n pop the hood to see if i can see whats goin on...

i couldnt find the problem so i just drove home since i was pretty close anyway...

i know a fair amount about cars btw, but i just couldnt find the problem.

i ask my dad to look at it later and i go and start it up, and before i even got the hood up, he spouted off like 3 things that were wrong with it just by listening to it...

i felt like a dumb shit, but my dad's a baller wit cars and can fix just about anything.

he had a 68 camaro back in the day and iv seen pics of it and its so sick...(sorry for the claim, but its true)

anyway, yea...

It just came to him, and not you. It happens to people who have a lot of experience with cars.

Reminds me of a story of a friend of mine. Dude was a complete idiot and put diesel in his nissan. He wasn't paying attention when he was pumping gas and just assumed that he was pumping the cheapest unleaded, even though he had to hold the nozzle by hand to fill it up because it wasn't meant to fit his gas cap which shouldv'e been a dead giveaway that something wasn't right. But when he got home his dad bitched him out and he ended up having to pay like $300 to get the diesel pumped out so it wouldn't completely ruin his transmission and he was grounded for it too. Let's just say he told us about this two months and stil gets shit for it just about every day.
 
I heard a rumor that they're making this story into a featrue length film.

This is a decent story.The other one... I'm sorry dude, I know you've gotten excessive hate for that story, but that's one of those stories that people would give you shit for in real life... on the internet people are callous, cynical douchebags when their precious computer time is wasted reading a story that doesn't make their underoos sticky.
