mine was already mini, but in photo shop you can change the size and lower the resolution, so that it fits

open up some kind of graphic editing program and just cut out your head. i used ms photo editor cuz i dont have photoshop here.. just select a 48x48 pixel selection, copy it, and paste it into a new document (also 48x48). if you need more help just msg me ill fix it up for ya.
