i went scuba diving and came up to fast and bled out of my nose and ears...did you know blood looks green when you are underwater like 65 feet?
I held my breath for 2 minutes.

If you want something really hard, try holding your breath and running. We were running 400's a X-C practice one day, and we all tried to do one while holding our breaths. Frickin' Impossible!

i can do 2 also hypervenalating is great you feel like your gonna pass out then you can hold your breath forever

yea, i have the article from SI right in front of me now. its actually the june 16th, 2003 issue (really shows you how i hold to things eh). it talks about how this deep divers dived to ridiculous depths (like more than 500ft). they hold on to a heavy sled on the way down (which took 2mins) and then they had to swim up 500ft. they;d have to hold their breath for more than 8-9mins, sometimes even 10.
