well, i've noticed that theres a LOT of argument about wich camp is the best COC or High North?

so my idea is instead of going to coc for 15 days im (maybe) going to go to coc for 8 days and then go to High North for 9 that actually equals to a 15 day camp at coc but its about 1000 dollars less~!

so im pretty sure my parents will be stoked on this idea

BUT, to do this i have to make honour roll :*( there goes my social life as we know it.

well seeing as if i make honour roll i can go for 15 days to coc wich is 5000.... i could go to both for

hmmm 1700 plus 2200 is 3900 so 1100 dollars less plus tax and shit

one of the reasons im doing this though is because high north has free bungee jumping lol

IM GOING BUNGEEING TOMORROW.

you dont have to sacrifice social life for good grades... to get good grades in high school all u have to do is pay attetention in class its really not that difficult...

For the couple days i was at coc this year the park was absolutely perfect. Jump line of a 50 to a 60 with perfect takeoffs and landings, aaaand an 80 ft + stepup. The rails were kinda cool but nothing special, but there were a bunch of fun small jumps and its deffinately a sick place.

High North looked sick this year though I didn't really get to ride the park. Campers at high north get to stay at the cascade lodge and that place is so much fun, such good memories!

Oh, and high honor roll isn't very hard to get on, you have to be pretty dumb not to get on that, and it wont take away from your social life your not very intelligent for thinking that

hahahaha i love all this "claimer" bullshit hahahahahahahha anyways im soo lazy so its hard for me to get on the honour role and to you the guy that said momentum i laugh at you its called not even having a t bar.

I was planning on goin to COC but i just rethought it and i could buy so much more things with that money.I mean you could even buy a snowmaker with all that money and make your own park.

i wish my mom and dad had an extra 5k to spends on me. but then again you feel more accomplishment when you set up your own rail in the summer when it is 85 outside

hay SHANE, momentum, surrounds a t-bar, and why don't you just go to HN for 9 days and let you parents save some of the money they will need when you are still 25 and living at home.

or why dont u go to ur parents and be like "Mom......Dad....i've been thinking..Howbout I dont go to camp and u guys donate the money to the hungry little kids in Africa? Awww thanks mommy & daddy i love you guys!"

After plane ticket, food and taxes that is well over 5 grand.  You realize that you could live in Tahoe,  Summit County, or anywhere in Utah or for at least 5 months with out cost cutting too much.  It isn't that hard to take a semester of high school.  Your parent's are only perpetuaing your problem of being a leech in society.

Airfare there and back is going to be well over 1000, also they dont feed you there HELLO. Shit like this never occurs to kids.

uhhhh dude momentum shares the t-bar with high north...i was thinking about going to momentum next year for the sole reason of them haveing the best coaching out of any of teh camps on the glacier...

this is an alrite idea - but when your thread is titled i have the greatest idea that ever show up on ns, you sound like a complete douche

your an idiot, i went to momentum a few summer ago, and it was sick. great park, awesome coaches, THE best t-bar access(its already been said, but it surrounds the t-bar). dont talk shit about momentum.

for the record, this shane kid is rich and lives in vancouver so the plane ticket cost is taken out of the overall cost, hes the kid evreyone tried to get banned, AND HES A CLAIMER

Wow you get to go to two ski camps for making honor roll? Honor roll isn't even fucking hard. I get distinguished scholar and I get shit...

wow your parents are giving you 11000 dollars for 15 days of skiing just casue you made the honor roll....

why is my life so unfair?

ski camps nomatter where are definatly the most fun time ever, i cant think of any better way to spend like 10 days.

i never got to go to a summer camp for having good grades, even though i was 3rd in my class and my gpa for any term was never below a 3.8 or so and no it was not hard to do so. in 9th grade my mom used to give me 5 bucks for every A i got, but then she stopped that.

i guess it's cool though if your parents are loaded enough to do that. i'm gonna spoil my kids a little someday. but make sure they deserve it, and jsut being on honor roll wouldn't be enough.

ya, that's actually a really good idea, but it's still reelally expensive. but it's cool if you';re parents are paying ofr it
