I have the chance to expose skiing to about 800 people

I say go with your gut kid. My freind can make a 900 look steezy over a 20 foot table. I tell him he should just take it to the 60 footer and throw 2700, he's gonna try it this year at Alpine Meadows.
 
ok, now that i know what exactly it is you want to hit then this is makin more sence, the reason everyone is hating is cause he made this whol gap thing seem like the smallest shit ever... when in reality it isnt even a gap... is basically a mellow rock face... which in the winter time is covered ofcourse.... and the take of is just like every other alaskan inrun is sketchy as fuck... this is definitely no 8 foot drop as he explained... look at it this way, its at minimum a 35 degree angle for the landing... and the take off is a chattery inrun with a small lip... basically the faster you go the bigger you go, ive seen people going prolly 20 feet out, and since the ground drops off so fast they are soon 30 feet up... and this definitely isnt the greatest jump to ride in switch, and i have yet to see or try landing switch on such a landing.... this is more than just a pussy jump little kids talk about, but hes also makin it sound like hes gonna throw a dope trick off it, when in reality he cant... the best he will get is a 3... and the landing is hard to stay up on cause its steep and fast.... the most ive done is a cork 3 on it... and im one of the better more daring kids on the hill, garrett th creator of this post even described me in a dif post as one of the best skiers left in alaska... so i know what im talkign about
 
i dont see the point of using a pic off gunmount as showing kids at ur school what skiing is all about, for one the back drop sucks, you have a better chance of hitting kitchen or south with the inlet back drop or go big off picnic... if this is all about a pic, the cooler it looks the better, dont worry about makin shit technical, make it look smooth in a pic and your all good
 
we have ASB tv where announcements are made and the whole school watches for like 15 minutes everyday and i was thinking about putting some footage on it since im good friends with the news anchors on it. Our school has few snowboarders and fewer skiiers. not a ski town at all.
 
^^^^^and since i know what hit he is talkign about, a switch cork 5 off this jump could look super dope, the thing is the inrun is shitty and yeah, the landing is sketch, a cork 7 could even b done, but im pretty sure nothing cork has been thrown off of it besides my cork 3 and nothing more than a switch 1... the jump is gnarly, alot of kids are afraid to hit it, cause its basically like jumping blind every time the lip comes up on you super fast and the ground drops off super fast, so you never know what could be on the other side.
 
is it bad that i immediately hated you after you said you were the one of the only good skiers left in AK? cuz i kinda wanna put a knife through your lips...
 
just throw a huge zero spin. nothing prettier than a big zero spin into some pow.

if you can style out the cork go for that, but anything over 540 will probably look pretty gross.
