I have a few outstanding parking tickets that I didn't pay. I found a ticket today and it says "if you don't pay within 10 days a warrent will be put out for you." Like is this an arrest warrent or like what? I would pay but I am broke, I need to win a rail jam on saturday to get out of debt, sad I know
