I have a "shitty" situation on my hands!

so the people living in the apartment are you, brent, brett and bretts dog, and his gf comes to visit often...? if thats the case move to a new place with brent and leave brett and his dog at your old place.. especially if you're having to pay for repairs in the house because of the dog.
 
tell him to get the fuck out because he sound slike a douche bag and to take his dog too.

i think that the dog is just insane because it never gets out because the owner is an irresponsible piece of shit.
 
everytime your friend punches his dog, punch your friend. everytime the dog shits on your stuff, shit on your friends stuff. everytime the dog pisses on you, piss on your friend.
