I was looking at the 2006 line prophet 100s and i saw that on the list of the ski features it said that the ski had only twin tip. I paid no attention to this until i saw that the line elizabeths and the moship flites had lines real twin tip. does anyone know if the prophtet100s have equal tip and tail height?

i have been buying line skis for five years and one of the things that i have always liked was the equal tip and tail height. i would be pissed if the twin tip looked like the twin tip on the 05 assasins.

any info would be greatly appreciated.

i dont think any of the prophets have equal tip and tail height....im not sure about the 130s tho

Jeepers Creepers, where'd you get the neat sneakers?!?!

hehehe giggle giggle giggle

that sucks, there is no way i will be buying those. why do the elizabeths only come in 172. i understand that ep is trying to progress the sport by doing different things, but 172 is way to short.

im not sure u really need a equal tail on the 130s...there fucking huge

kick there ass, drink there bear and steal there women

yeah really they would probably ski switch if they had no tail at all.

I live in a place far far away, where on occasion the telly tubbies will come to play....and that's when Ma gets out the shotgun. Damn critters climb in our gutter system all the time.

I'm confused... 130's huge? 172's too short? am i the only one not understanding this?

they still have a twin tip, so why does it matter.

you ask why does it matter, i will tell you why. back in the day all of lines skis had equal tip and tail. there first ski to have a smaller twin tip was the "new" darkside. on there website it said that the twin was half of the tip. I thought, that this would be ample twin tip considering that most of lines skis have tips that are 56mm high. but when i saw these skis in person the twin was tiny. THe story is same for the old line ftx, and last years assasin lineup. those skis had very small twin, but that was fine because they were ment for an all mountain ski. the reason i thought that the prophet 100s would have full twin is because i assumed that they would be meant for a backcountry jib skis (because the mothership ti is no longer in production).

if you are going to be landing switch in the backcountry YOU NEED ALL THE TIP YOU CAN GET. i know because i am from montana and i dont get to ski part very often so i have to land switch in the backcountry whether i like it or not.

Again, any info on the prophet 100 would be great.
