If you're price limit is so low you're going to need to expand your choices to other models, as well as conditions and years. Also find out what size your foot actually is, that's a whole step different that you gave and if you do buy the wrong size you might just be miserable the whole year even if you fit in with your shiny new park boots...
 
I have a 26.5 hot-dogger but the 08/09s I just want a newer model. And iv tried on a 25.5 and 26 and 26.5 the liner size on all three are the same
 
so youre saying that 25.5 and 26.5 are different?

that would mean 29.5 and 30.5 arent the same size either.

why would a number make the size of the boot different?
 
if you've tried them on at a store, why not buy them from said store? support your local ski stores!
 
Look on b/s/t you can pick up skis for pretty cheap, actually someone was selling bluehouse mavens with sth12s for like 250 the other day on TGR
