AGHHHHHHH i hate these kids that session the park about once a lifetime but still talk themselves up. i biffed a box today and these gaper kids were like i can do that 10 times better. ok fine good for you thats cool. i messed up give me a break. thats cool if you want to hit the park just shut the fuck up about how much better you are!!!!!!!or arent cause these kids werent as good as i was

if gapers CAN do the box 10 times better than you then i would say get better. if they really suck dont worry. inside they will know your probably way better then them,

Where I ski, everyone is pretty mellow. If you aren't that good, the super good guys don't really say anything to you and you don't say anything to them. If you are really good, you talk to the good guys and stuff, but never really trash talk.
 
a bunch of kids were sessioning this one really small built into the ground basically mini box and spinning it and I went to spin on it but I fucked up and fell. I felt like an idiot so I got up really quickly and hit the regular box to switch haha. but you know what? who cares what they think? ( although I doubt in my case they were even paying attention)
 
sometimes when i fall and gapers make fun of me, i take my ski off and kill them. i fucking kill gapers dude.
 
i was screwing around on this butter box, doing body slids and stuff. some gaper comes along and is like "man that kid sucks" to my freind. we just laughed at them and skied away.
 
don't worry about it, sometimes ppl will be douches in the park whether they're good or not, and yea its gay that these kids who were supposedly gapers were making fun of you but as long as you know you can throw down and are trying tough shit thats all that should matter, dont try to prove youself to the gapers.. just smile back at them knowing that they're the ones being douchebags by ripping on someone for screwing up after trying in the park
 
hey, mang, everyone eats shit and dies from time to time. it happens. just get back up and give'r and don't worry about the gapers. they have bigger problems to worry about- such as how to no longer be gapers.
 
i know this kid who is really not that bad but is super cocky he comes up to me and says "you cant dont get any air"(i just threw a 5) he really has no style at all it bugs me and i never know what to say to him. every time i see him he wants to do a "compition" or something i never do because im not that into comps and such. i just never know what to say to him.

I was on the chairlift with a bunch of kids like that, and they were bitching and laughing at some kid trying to sw 270 on so I turn to them and I'm like "bitch, i'd like to so you try", they shut up. It's so frustrating when people are like that, too much pressure not to fall and makes learning new shit harder. Eh crank the tunes up and ride how you want.
 
yeah that happened to me when i started giving this 12 year old shit for using snowblades.

i said:

me: "dude, whats with the blades?"

him: "hey shut the fuck up you can spin like 4 times."

me: "what the fuck are you talking about? youre 12."

him: "theyre fun as hell bitch!!"

me: "yeah but theyre retarted."

him: "your moms retarted in bed!!"

me: "youre really 12 you know."

him: "why the fuck do you give a shit?"

me: "easy there grumpy bear"

(then i left)
 
ya word up. on saturdays n crowded days i get stage fright in the park and mess up in front of the masses. makes me feel like a lame ass but who really cares!

anybody that watches you fall, and then procedes to roll up to you and state "I'm better than you" should just be decked. That's bullshit.
 
yea man I always get nervous when I try to push myself like i'm gonna make an ass of myself in front of a bunch of really good skiers. But after eating like five times and none of them saying anything, I realized that it doesn't matter for shit if you crash hard and if anyone gives you shit for it, then they're probably just jealous that they don'thave the balls to try something new.
 
dude u guys need to chill the fuck out who gives a shit if their better than u. dont worry were all just on the mountain to have fun right well i hope so somthimes u guys on here make it sound like skiing is so serious and shit. get a fuckin life its somthing fun and if those kids are trying to get under ur skin man up i mean they were probally like 8 or some shit so dont let it bother u and if that does bother u maby u need to seek some counselling or somthing.

Thats weird. All the gapers at my hill are amazed by everything. They come up to you and are like can you do this or do that. They never talk shit though.

i wasnt making fun of him until after he was a dick. before that i was literally asking him what was up with them. no hidden meanings.

that's pretty bad. It shouldn't matter how good you are in order to talk to someone. Also i think it is really cool when someone that is better than other people helps them out
 
I don't really care about messing up in front of gapers even if I was just doing something really easy that I have down because where I ski they are amazed by everything and don't talk any shit. But falling in front of people that can really throw down, now that makes me embarrassed and I'm not sure why.
 
yah today i was tryign to slide rails unnaturaland i was doing it schety so these kids were telling me that they wer better and stuff so the next rail i hit i did natural and smooth that kinda shut em up
 
yeah, I know what you mean. like when I was trying to learn to spin and this kid a few years younger than me throws a 3 like nothing. I'm like shiiiiiiit, I hate this.
 
dont you just love the kids on the lift that when you like flip a 1 or butter or something start yelling at you like "STEEZY KID YOU'RE AWESOME!!!" all sarcastic and shit.

Its funny when you think about it because they're trying to get you down when their lives suck enough to make them fuck with other people
 
I'm definitely the opposite, when I see kids trying to hit boxes but falling I notice that I was there at one point and that I wish somebody had told me how to do it properly when I was trying on my own, and I go and help them out.

haha, whenever a kid dose that to me i tell then to stay there nd hike back up to do it again, and so far 90% of the time i stomp it. and i just ride i was and yell EAT IT!

its pretty funny. but i feel like an ass sometimes
 
i was standed on the drop in while my freind was droping in...he did kinda a sketch 3 but some kids were like that was so gay....i said he was learning so give him a break...that makes me mad
