^you mean your friend is done ip ban means that it bans your internet connection which means u'll never be able to make a ns account from ur internet because you're a douchebag

its a perminenet ban from ns, tracks your internet provider and bans you

scott~ is the only person who continuely comes back, but he doesnt annoy me
