I hate my shoulders!!!

Already had surgery on my right shoulder,now my left shoulder popped out. me and my buddys tryed for 30 min to get it back in. Didnt happen had to go to the bottom of the hill. and get it popped back in. Anyone have the same problem? It sucks

yep im goin through it right now, just got donw with 6 weeks of physical therepy waiting to get the surgery until after the season
