today in ap english we had t bring a photo of our hero. i brought a dope shot of eric pollard and explained how he made skiing wat it is today. ppl were like ok.....wierdo. and then wen i left this ditzy ass scene cheerleader next to me says "why do u skii?!?? snowboarding is sooooo much better." wow i felt like shooting some people. just wanted to share. im pretty much the only freeskier at my skool.

i dont like how people who now nothing about winter sports choose snowboarding b/c it is more scene
 
and wen im talkin with chicks theyre like yea we snowboard and im like cool we should ride this year. and theyre like "OMFG COOL U BOARD???" and im like nah i ski and theyre like immediately turned off like ohhhhh....bye.....
 
all of my papers are about skiing, but i go to college in tahoe and everyones paper is bout skiing or snowboarding. I love my school, i hate my job

I know many others that ski in my school but arent very good, its what you make of it... Whenever they say why dont you snowboard, i say i can snowboard, skiing is just better... maybe you should learn how to snowboard if it bothers you so much then you can be like me and pwn them
 
yea! i never have anything to say i just kinda walk away and give up. or if we're still talking I just change teh subject and and be like, oh yea and I mountain bike too! most people dont really understand what exactly it means to mountain bike either, but they know enough about it to at least give it some respect. skiing will get there
 
haha nick, shit's beat. I know exactly what you mean, in this area, no one has even heard of twin tips unless they go up to the hill a lot. Like everyone is like you cna freestyle ski? on rails? wtfffff? I'm like fuck you guys for real. But thats funny, that kids knows you and where you go hahahha.
 
haha i ski and snowboard so when theres chicks like that i say fuck yeah lets go baord sometime and then i ski just cause its way better then snowboarding
 
wow my school has like 15 freestyle skiers or something like that. and theres a lot of good kids. i couldnt imagine being the only one in a school that freestyle skis...
 
Yeah I know how you feel. At my school they where dumb like that. Only one other person in my school did park skiing so you know what I did? I hosted a Booter Crunk movie premier and hung up 20 color posters of a skier killing it around the school. They started to be taken down not by the teachers, but by the students. They wheren't stealing them, they where bringing home as posters on their walls. Only a few skiers showed up to the show, the rest boarders. It's all about getting skiing's name out there my friend.
 
I just don't get why all the people where you live just hate skiers like that... here in Québec everybody's real cool about skiers and snowboaders.
 
i hate it when kids just snowboard because its the more "hip" or "badass" of the 2 sports. like super hauge fags snowboard
 
or tell em that 2 is better than 1 *wink wink* and then youll have threesomes till the coes come home...or until you brick in your pants.
 
how did you not realize that by bringing a ski poster you would get hated on. skiing is just not cool right now. but whatever, why do you care
 
this happens to me like everyday. my friends all board, and since im obsessed with skiing theyll always bring it up and people will say shit about it.

most snowborders that make fun of skiing are the ones who go up 2-4 times a year and dont even know about the whole ski- snowbord community but the local skiiers and bordes usally always respect eachother.
 
you shoulda used more words like " mad steezze" and .....umm somehting else ridiculouly cool in your presentation.
