this is my hill but the map is deceiving and the whole hill is at a 15 degree pitch and theres only like 200 feet of vert, and there are no white peaks near the top, its just a tree covered hill

Geez guys...maybe you should drive to a different mountain. I drive 3 hours to go skiing in VT...I live on the CT shore.

My local hill is so small it doesn't have a trailmap. The chair has 3, maybe 4 posts to hold it up - thats all it needs.

 
^ as much as i dont like the crowds, it will be the greatest move of your guy's lifes to leave your shit hole mountain and get out west, i know its not easy but its def a good decision

Hells yeah! Where all the runs start in the top right, you hike up 10 minutes up there and ski down the side into a gully, about a 20 minute ski, it's sick.

place closest to me has 150 ft vert. drop and 4 trails, i have to commute an hour to the half decent place, with the shittiest park in the world and AT LEAST 3 hours 45 min to ANYWHERE else

My mountain has about 2500 vertical, no park though- It does have The Ridge for if you feel like hiking 500 vert feet thet gets you way above al of the lifts- fresh trax
