While the rest of the West(and probably east) isn't getting any good snow, Mt. Baker has some how managed to get over 100 inches in the past 6 days. Why do these bastards have to hog all the good snow, can't they share the wealth? Oh well, I guess I'll have to move to Seattle when I graduate and then I can stop bitching. I'm obviously kidding about hating baker, but seriously Mt. Baker is rediculous. And for those of you who have been skiing baker, is it as good as it seems?
 
for once the pacific northwest gets pounded with snow before Cali. You guys always have amazing winters!! We finally had back 2 back Snowy November's which hasn't happened in a long time!
 
Hating Mt Baker is not something to joke about!!! Next time you ski there you will probaly end up like Bono.
 
Haha, its snowing in Seattle right now, the skiing around here is SO NICE. I am definently missing some classes this week.
 
Yea I skied baker yesterday and the day before, It's freakin rediculous, I was hiking in the powder to hit a jump and I sank to my chest. Tanner Hall, CR Johnson, a few other pros, and some photographers were up there taking advantage of it. Theres like a new foot of snow every day. This is the first year in 5 years I haven't gotton a seasons pass, now I'm starting to regret that.

All the mountains in washington have been pounded (and oregon too). Its even dumping like crazy in the city, which is uncommon. Baker is nuts. Most snow in North America.
 
Fucking hell, its still snowing in Seattle, with no signs of stopping until late tomorrow. Screw internet, I'm going to go dink around campus with my skis!
 
Its snowing like crazy up here in Washington. Crystal Mountain, WA has recieved 77" since Tuesday. Which is great! better than last season. It has snowed basically everyday since last weekend. Everyday has been a sick powder day! And its still dumping as we speak!!!!

Heads up.

Kicking horse has got close to 4 meters already which is unbelievable for them. I suggest heading there for the december 2nd opening.
 
it's not just baker thats been getting snow, here in Vernon it been snowing nonstop all day, and silverstar is getting dumped on
 
Wed, Thursday, and Friday at Crystal were all knee to waist deep, depending on where you were on the mountain. So sick.

amazing snow, perfect conditions for pow, it wasnt real warm out but not crazy cold. but baker might be havin the best powder right now so if you can... GO UP THERE, ITS AMAZING!!!

Well, we have a huge storm system comming in this week during my finals, and it'll start letting up right as I finish my last one. More pow on the way!
 
actually like 650, but still a shit load compared to anywhere else. stevens has already had some truly epic days. getting face shots all day, good shit. kinda warm the last week though

well i'm in the same position, but I decided to go skiing 2 days in Whistler, you gotta do what you gotta do, and it's looking hella good!
 
fuck that! thats sick im definitely moving there when i get out of college (lol 8 or 9 more years) but damn 100 inches in 6 days, christ that is insane
 
Pff we got 100 in 2-3 days couple years ago, no joke. 71" powder day, it was epic.
 
id say you shoulda been there in 99 when they got 95 feet in the season, but i guess in 99 most of you guys were 8 years old.
