yeah, in most any sport there is some aspect that will fuck up your knees, when it comes to skiing... its the landing impact, or not turning right, or moguls or something. the best thing to do, cause i doubt many people have serious serious problems, is to ice it, and if you want.. wear a knee brace. i havent got any cartilage in my knees, just deteriorated over time, so i cant do much without my knee braces. yeah, knees suck, but boarding would suck even more.
