So the other night I was at a party at a friends house. EVERYONE was drunk and/or stoned. So it was pretty crazy. I walked outside to smoke a cigg and I see a cop drive by the house and stop when he saw me . I then turned around and walked inside, shut and locked the door behind me and told the kid who owns the house and that pigs were outside. We do what everyone does in this type of situation and went downstairs, shut off the lights and sat lol. About 5 minutes later...the cop was "gone" ( but not really, he was just chillen in his car around the corner, but we were all to drunk and stupid to know he didnt leave.) Anyway... we all got the party back on and i drank 2 more beers and right after I drank them....I got a really weird feeling that drinking those beers, was probley a really big mistake. Not even 30 seconds after that...6 cops were pounding on the door. My friend opens the door and this one cop starts telling everyone in the house to walk outside single file. So as I waited for people to walk out the door it was my turn to walk past the row of cops I grabbed my friend that I came with (who was way more drunk then me) and told her that I was behind her and to walk straight or she's fucked. So she is walking out the door and as she steps down the first step....she falls...and completley eats shit...right in front of the cops. I'm standing in the door way like WHAT THE FUCK and the cops all looked at her for like 5 seconds then looked back at me. she gets up and starts walking away. so I tried to be as straight as possible while walking and tried no to look at any of them . One of them grabs my arm and basically breaks it off, pulls me away from everyone else then he moves in...right into my face shines his fuckin flashlight in my eyes and says "have u been drinking?" I said no, and he just stared at me...then says "are you driving?" I say no. and he says " then get the fuck out of my sight." I pulled out of his death grip and turned around and booked it. My other friend who was behind me, hadn't been drinking nearly as much as me and acted in the same manner by just walking by. He gets carded, (18 btw) breath-a-lized lol and gets an MIP. What I would like to know is why the fuck was my friend in front of me let go after her drunken stumble down the stairs, but I was basically harassed and my friend behind me was givin an MIP for doing nothing at all? I'm sure theres worse stories out there dealing w/ parties and cops but this was just fucked up.
 
It's because you are a chick and you have boobs, so you will hardly ever get in trouble. :)

Get used to it, and everytime you are possibly going to get in trouble, just show some cleavage (i.e. boobs). Seriously, it works.

From my experience, underage drinking is very risky and if you want to keep doing it (i.e. going to a house party with a bunch of underage kids) then you will deal with cops alot.

haha sucks to be american. even when i was 16 and 17 here in canada cops would never bust you for drinking if you were in a house
 
Jea, once we were playing paintball in a childrens playground while my buds were smoking a blunt. 8 Cops came, checked us all out, told us to go home.

No fines.

No arrests.

No worries.
 
ive walked around town fucked up. like cant talk fucked up. i am 16 but look younger. no body cared.
 
whenever im at partys and someones yells cops. everyone floods at out as quickly as possible. into cars or outside... and if they cops around here busted the party everyone would have gotten an MIP. so in your case your lucky, but thats bullshit that he grabbed you, and didn't give the person who fell down the stairs and MIP.
 
they cant come inside unless u let them in so thats why we always just go downstairs and shut off the music cuz they cant come in so nothing usually ever happens but that night was just fucked up
 
I don't get why cops would even care>? If you're inside a house, not making too much noise why would they give a shit?...don't they have REAL criminals to catch?
 
Cops cannot do that. They have to have a warrant to bother you. There is a little finable activity, but nothing illegal. Just face it, cops are the bigger gang backed by a bigger group of thugs.

 
yo that sucks. in belmont the cops dont give a shit. they'll go to the parties and just tell everyone to leave. Seniors that know the cops walk right out the door past them and wave, drunk as hell. The cops will come in a take the beer and thats it. god knows they bring it back to the station and just drink it themselves .at a good party they'll get away with at least a couple of 30's that have yet to be finished
 
at work today some gay po-po looked at me and put his hand on his gun and gave me the dirtiest look and i work at a grocery store. no reason to do something like that.
 
Haha sucks to be American. Cops? At house parties? In Canada? Just doesn't happen. And if it ever did, it would probably be because they ran out of booze or pot. So while your hiding in a basement at a house party, just remember that I up here, partying in the parking lot of the local police station.
 
bottom line if you ever want to avoid police involvment with yourself at a party, you need to pretend to be sooooo drunk that you will puke in their car, and it is better if you just fuckin pass out at the sketch party you are at. I cannot tell you how many times at college parties i pretneded to be soo inebriated that cops were telling me to just get "a good nights rest" when i was 18/19. cops are people man, you just need to put it in perspective, if you are coherent and acting like an ass, they will arrest you if you are equal to the legal limit, ... if you are fucking puking your brains out, they wont touch you...puking sucks so if the cops show, act it up, youll thnak me in th emorning. this never fails. if it does pm me and ill bail you out lol.
 
ha ha thats totally gay come on walking back into the house and locking the doors and switching all the lights off when the cops drove past that is so so gay i would of just stood there smoking my cigg and gave them the one finger salute
 
yeah i hate them too. even here as long as ur drinking but ur inside cops dont care unless u make alot of noise then they start gving out fines

but be honest with us...did you really have two full beer or did you just kinda sip half of them and give most of it to other people and empty it when no one was looking. be honest now, karma's already struck once
 
that happened to a friend and he had weed on him, the cops take the weed and only change him for public drunkeness
 
yeah the reason u didnt get in trouble is because your a chick...its so stupid...we had a fire in the woods 3 30's only 8-10 kids just chilling a small radio, fire dept. comes checks us out they were just like w/e were gunna put the fire out then you guys should peace cause some of the neighbors and getting mad, we hop in our cars, no one was drunk yet, only 3 beers were gone, so we put the 30s into the car and start to head, right as we were leaving a cop came, makes all drivers get out of the car, gives us all a 92 dollar fine for the fire then gives the kid who had the beer iin his car a 245 dollar ticket and the 92 dollar ticket, everyone exept for the fucking girls, the 4 girls with us didnt get shit...but he didnt take our beer
 
haha one of my friends was riding a quad on his own land but cpos tag people all the time for riding there so cops pull in and are like uhh you cant be riding here and the kida dad was like "hey, i own this land... go fight some real crime."

i find that quite humorous
