Today we were building a nice road gap, when we almost finished the jump a cop comes to us and says: "what are you doing here?"

"we're building a road gap", says a friend of me and the cops says its ok until you jump when there are no cars on the road, we say , that's ok, but than another cop comes and he asked all of our names and shit, and then looks into my friends car(patrick's car) and finds a filter for a blunt, my friend was fucked up, the cops didn't found weed and other drugs but his driving licence was retired and the cops brought him to the hospital to do some check ups. they asked to us if we smoked blunts , we said: NO, then this fucker checked out all our pockets to find something,but fortunately he didnt find nothing,my friend had some weed, we were lucky except our friend patrick.......

actually if its in your trunk or glove box they can't search w/ out a warrent. but if they saw your blunt filter they have power to search all areas where they think something might be, of course they cant teasr your car apart and look everywhere tho

My grandfather completed 2 successful lawsuits against unlawful searches in the pst few months. Cops try to trick people all the time in allowing them to search property. Their reasoning better be damn good. Yes they can find a reason, but that reason could put them $50,000 in the hole.

Technically, if they take your friend in, and it was his car, they have to tow it. And inorder for police to tow cars they HAVE to search it. Its called an inventory search. Also, if they see blunts in your car they can search it. AND to top it all off, if you are within 50 miles of the US border, they can search your car for no reason under the new homeland security bs. My bro's a cop, I have a degree in Criminal Justice and know tons of cops. If they want to search your shit, they'll find a way. Thats what you get for being high in public (much less trying to build a ski jump that attracts attention) like a dumb ass. You got lucky.
