I got spat on

spitting in somebody's face is the most disrespectful thing you can possibly do. how could you not kick him in the balls for that.

and if another man spit in my face, i dont care how big he is, I'd have to fight him. even if i got my ass kicked. that shit is unacceptable. that is just something you do not do.

i hit the kid as hard as i could because he really didnt have any reason to spit on me... and then he decided to leave and the cops arrested him...

nah. I saw on cops the other day that spitting on someone is assualt with bodily fluids. haha
 
yeah but unless her life was at risk you cannot simply hit them back, also, if he does press charges or something assault with your fist is going to come with a higher penalty than spitting on someone
 
i got spat on when me and my friends were driving from the mall. i was smoking n we were on a road with a fast speed limit and i had to crack the window a bit so it wouldnt fly back in the car... and i guess the guy next to us thought i was spitting at him so... he spit back, and some how got it between the tiny cracked window...ridiculous.
