last night i was driving with two girls. cop pulls me over says i was speeding. sees my pipe and asks for my weed.

i gave it to him. (and 8th or so) my parents come all of that shit, gave me a court date.

i got caught for speeding, driving without license (forgot it at home) past curfew, driving people without 6 months up and possien of controlled substance.

How screwed am I?
 
with all of the fines im not going to be able to afford new ski gear, and ill have to snowboard if my parents even let me at all
 
Your an idiot. Why would you give him your weed? How old are you? 16, 17? If your state's smoking age is 16 and up then you're set and you just incriminated yourself.

they kept on trying to convince me not to call a lawyer. they were making fun of me for saying i wanted to talk to one before i answered any more questions
 
it was a colorfull pipe. i thought about it but smoking age is 18. and i knew he would want me to hand tobacco over which i didnt have.

and one girl was crying in the back seat... not very helpfull
 
by the way I am talking about tobacco not weed, But for all your offenses I would say you are probably going to be drawn and quartered. Have fun!
 
Pipe tobacco doesn't look like weed, and you dont smoke it from a pipe, do you? You should pretty much assume every time you get pulled over that the cop will search you and plan appropriately. There are ways to avoiding being searched, but having your paraphernalia scattered around the dash isnt a good one.
 
yeah your gonna be fucked, prolly use your license for 90 days get probation drugs classes community service and bullshit. why woudl you just have your pipe sitting out like that
 
na you're license is probably gone till you're 18 unless you get a lawyer. my bud did way less and the only reason he can drive is cuz he's rich and got lawyered up.

but really, you fucked yourself over. maybe you'll be smarter next time. hopefully this is a lesson you can build on
 
well maybe thats were u live, i got my license takin for 3 months for having alchohal in my system when i was driving, not enough to be durnk tho, if theres no alchohal in the situation theres a chance you wont loose your license at all.

your an idiot. and to those who said that he could of told the cop it was for tobacco you are all idiots as well. obviously the pipe has been used therefore there is resin in it. a cop is gonna know if tobacco or weed has been smoked in it. just for having a pipe straight off the shelf with no resin you cant be charged but just with a little tiny bit your gonna get a paraphenalia charge.

i wasnt speeding cop made it up. I was looking at my speedometer when he turned his lights on.

You're retarded. Just because he asks for it doesn't mean you have to give it to him unless you're dumb enough to have it sitting on the dashboard. Having a pipe isn't anywhere near as bad as the weed itself, so maybe there's a paraphenalia charge he could lay, but that's it. Why do people always just give them what they ask for when they have no right to ask for it?
 
you have a curfew? What type of bitch shit is that? In Canada if we got caught with an eight they would probably just throw it away and that's it and we don't have curfews.
 
This is a lot like a run in we had this winter. The driver didnt realize his home made bong was sitting within view and the rest of us were asleep/passed out drunk. We just got rides home though, the only fine my buddy got was for crossing the yellow line. I love the cops around here, as long as the driver isn't intoxicated its all good.

It was a really good scene though, got searched and everything, patted down and had the car searched, honesty was definitely the best way to deal with that one, although it seems not all cops are that cool.
 
If you ever get pulled over with drugs and the cops ask if you have drugs say... NO SIR.

If the cop asks if you consent to a search of the car say... NO SIR.

If the cop asks why, do you have something to hide say... MY DAD IS A LAWYER AND HE SAID HE WOULD KICK MY ASS IF I EVER CONSENTED TO ANY SEARCHES.

"The Supreme Court ruled last year that a traffic violation IS NOT sufficient probable cause to search a vehicle under the Carol doctrine. An officer must have sufficient probable cause to believe some other crime is being commited to conduct a warrantless search of a vehicle."

This is all assuming that you keep your drugs out of plain sight.
