I got a detention for claiming!

Yeah so here's my little story, since its not winter it might entertain yall. I was in gym class, and we were doing 100m sprints. I was running against my friend and i'm a bit faster than him but I'm not that fast anyways. So we start the race and at 50meters, i was owning him pretty bad so i started claiming (usain bolt style) until the end, which is 50 meters later. Then when i get there my teacher starts giving me shit about how i dont care about that class (me?? no way!) and he's like we'll i'll give you a detention for fooling around in my class. I tryed to explain him that usain Bolt was doing that and he was the fastest man on earth so I tought it would help me, unfortunately he didnt believe me so i know what i'm gonna be doing friday after school! haha yeah i know cool story hansel
 
Just don't goto it. I never went to a single detention. Although it ended up with me being suspended, but I made it to college and turned out fine.

cool if i did man that was the point lol! and yes i will go to it idc and my school is such a bitch if i dont ima get 2 then 3 then ima get like suspended and in big trouble so fuck it lol
 
gym teachers, and all teachers of notably 'less important' classes, tend to try and exercise their power of anyone they actually can exercise their power over. which means students get in trouble for petty things; such as claiming, cell phones and, a favorite, ipods. basically they're on a huge power trip. I hate it.
 
yeah one time my french teacher gave me a reflexion cause i was singing a christmas song during the class like while she was installing something for someone's oral presentation and so i gave her a hellla nice reflexion lmao i dissed or so bad in it i was like yeah ok i sang a christmas song but its not as bad as insulting the students and like making allusions to their maths difficultys and shit (cause she did). But i stayed always very polite and never been rude. When I gave it to her she ripped it off and then we went to see the principal. And she's like that's not ok what you wrote in that letter blablabla, I'm like ok but its my opinion, she's like yeah i can have my opinion two and I'm like yeah sure you can... and she stoped talking. Lmao it was so funny she wouldnt stop making up stuff in front of the principal and the principal was just like aight wtv i dont care just say sorry haha it was so funny. After that she didnt bother me.

why would you have ipods and cell phones going during class. if you aren't listening to the teacher, why would you waste your time even showing up. and who are you going to call? your friend whos in the class with you?

but the funny thing about him is that if you look at him he almost looks like a penis.

Ever heard of txting? Or having friends that arnt confined to the 20 or so people in your class.

You must be pretty into school if you only have friends in one class and pay attention to 100% of the lesson.

If the teacher isnt talking to you while your working what else are you supposed to be doing?

Listening to ipods isnt putting your learning into jeorpardy.

But I s'pose when your 10 or 11 like you are school must be much more fun than txting and listening to music!

i bet my gym teacher if i beat him in ping pong i wouldnt have to make up 5 classes. he failed

pe is seriously the biggest joke (if that makes any sense) i laugh at kids. i am in basketball pe and i just like fuck around everyday and like shoot half court shots and there is this kid who gets so mad and i just laugh my ass off because im just like chill out its pe ya douche, and hes like your a bitch, and its just so funny. haha lame story i know.
 
well not so much in gym, typical we're doing some activity, as in other classes. I'm talking about the end of the period, or when nothing is going on. or in the hallways.

same kind of thing happened to me

i got a detention today cause i put my hat on when the teacher said to pack up, like 10 seconds before the bell rang, even dumber than yours, not as funny though.
 
How does texting change anything?

If your friends are in another class will you not see them at break or lunch? Or do you get worried that your little buddies won't like you anymore if you don't talk to them 24/7?

It can be argued that listening to some classical music can actually contribute to the learning process, but I highly doubt that you listen to such music. Otherwise, yes, it is a distraction.

By the way, iPods were barely even out when I graduated and really I don't find texting that amusing. Maybe some people do

 
I got a detention once for looking out the window.. She said that I wasn't paying attention (I wasn't at all) But I mean come on, it was the first day back!
