I got 1080 foils

You all suck if you havent tried them and say they suck - you are posers.

They are amazing and you say they suck cause it's a salomon ski.

i just got them and they kick ass. rock on whoever else has them. they are pretty stiff but they float in powder and rip in the park. another thing, they jumped the size of their twin so its even easier to land switch into powder. ya, they r a little pricey but salomon is "starting" to realize what skis are supposed to be

i rode demos, i dont think they were completly center...maybe someone can clarify where they normally mount demo skis.

how do you people say don't support salomon, they don't support the industry? who is a main sponsor for PBP? salomon is. who sponsors a bunch of major comps? salomon does. regardless of whether they claim to have made the first twintip or not should not matter. they put a lot more money back into this industry than ninthward, 4frnt, line, armada, liberty or any other small startup has thus far. i support all those small companies, i ride a pair of MSP's, but i also support salomon and have had a pair of 1080s and i am probably getting a pair of thrusters this season. hate all you want, but for me, they ski well, are super light, and work well in the park too. i'd get the foils but i dont want something that wide.

 
yeha i think i'm gunna have to go wiht the foils this year, becauce its actually the cheapest option for me once i factor in boots and bindings, and even thought i really dont want to be riding salomons because of their stance in the industry, i think that these skis will still be really sick all over the mountain

secondly, i think we all know that you have not ridden these and that your to poor to ever ride these. buut, if your grandma brings in extra money one night from one of her "dates" and you get to ride them somehow, im sure youll be pleasantly suprised. and actually, now that i think about it more, youv probably never ridden salomons.....

i just saw some foils in a ski shop and i gave em a good flex and they are still pretty flexible
