I Feel like God

there was a random dog outside walking around the street, and i was like hmm there is no one around walking it, it must have escaped someones backyard or taken off from someone. So i go outside, see the dog (which has no tags on its neck), and realise, that its my neighbours. I go to return it next door to the greeting of their actual dog barking at the door. i knew it wasnt theres. As the random dog proceeds to strut up the street and back down again, i feel there is no way i can go back inside, unsuccessful and know that dog is left on the street, a few days before x mas, knowing some little kid could be crying x mas morning because he doesnt have his dog to cuddle up to when opening his presents. so what do i do? i think of it as a dectective would. I let the dog walk around the street, and see if he would eventually return to the front door of his house, at which i would proceed to knock on the door, tell them i found there dog and feel great. that is jsut what happened. and i feel like a new person.

i knows the story is made out like i saved someones life, but i felt good doing it. The moral? always lend a helping hand.

hahaha thats awsome. the dog finds his way home and you say you found him i would totally do that too

at one point in time, you were an ns e-god to me. then i became an e-atheist (aka intelligent), and i now hate you and no longer regard you as i once did.

well now that i read that story i know my new years resolution--- to be more like alinecanadianskier

I took in a stray cat that is the shit, he has such a fun time wailing on my tree I had to tie it up so it wouldn't timber!!

Yeah doing shit always feels good. Today I went and helped out delivering toys to needy children. It really is a sense of satisfaction knowing you helped someone out, even if its only a little thing.

yup i agree, its all about random acts of kindness...but god is pushing it a little. how bout person with a good heart?? i like that better.
