This is a direct demand to Full Tilt- I demand that you start re implementing laced cable covers to ALL boots IMMEDIATELY.

To ensure that lace up cable covers are returned to the full lineup, I suggest that we, the purist skier generation, BOYCOTT Full Tilt until this change is made.

I insist that NO SKIERS buy ANY Full Tilt product until this demand is met.

Please support the cause by contacting your local Full Tilt/ Line rep and demanding they re-implement the most important feature ever known to ski equipment.

also I know I’ve said it before when I’ve posted this vid previously but it’s dope that both slopestyle gold medalists are together in this, before they even realized it was going to be an Olympic event
 
That’d be cool. It’d also be dope if they put metal buckles and fully replaceable bottoms on all of their boots...
 
Strong demands! Thanks for that. They were certainly cool and "hyphy' at the time hyphy style was at its peak and can't take away how drastically different they made the boots look. Howeverrrr , the execution to make them more functional than just style was not up to our standards and it created a nightmare for the majority of people (ask a boot fitter or our engineers about them). -jm

TL;DR:

Simplistic design and functionality are at our core when producing products and unless we can develop a true 1:1 fit with the boots/cables and ribs, they're a thing of the past.

A reasonable response. I will reconsider my boycott.

Do you have a back stock you could ship me? I have a pair of first chair 10s right now and they're OK but I want to wear a different lace-up cable cover every day.

I have worn fts ever since I got on newschoolers in 2012 when I bought my first booters the orange ones 2011 edition baby. Crazy to think about that haha I was only like 13. I think ill always wear full tilts.

I’ve worn them exclusively since 1993. They were Raichle then, but same exact boot. I’ll wear them til I’m done skiing.
