1. use a box not a rail
2. lock a bit towards the side of the box you will be pressing upon,
making sure to have your hips and feet as well as the rest of your body, at least when learning
parralell to t he box, aka a line through both sides of you hips will go straight donw the box.
3. dont lean over somuch push your feet out while keeping your body over the point where your feet were.
4. when you get to the end push down one your rear heelto  land switch spin blind side,
push down on your front heel to spin normal out.
