I get get a job at Whistler or Kicking Horse this winter, where else should I try? It has to be in BC or Alberta.

fernie is nice, big white is rockin and a rollin, silverstar home of mr schiller, whitwater super sic good pow awesome fun ness home of yours truly,

If you worked at Fernie/Lake Louise/anything in that area, I'd come ski with you, and party, and all that type of stuff.

Sun peaks can be fun if you know where to go, not steep like whistler or kicking horse but it can be a good time, pretty chill atmosphere

Can't go wrong with the rockies for big mountain. Castle Mountain Alberta has great terrain and long runs. Super quiet laid back ski hill. (Not a resort) Its about 2hours from Fernie.

Kicking Horse Kicks ass for big mountain.

Red Mountain in Rossland would be worth checking out. Are you moving to work? Do you care where you work and how much you would make? That sorta matters.

lol... no.

I can't work for Whistler-Blackcomb because I got fired and they won't hire me this year. I don't think I'll get a job as a Ski Instructor for Kicking Horse because they haven't called me back (which is really starting to piss me off). So, either I make a late application for somewhere else, or I get a non-skiing job in Whistler and buy a pass *shudder*. Or move to Pemberton, work in Whistler, and buy a truck and a sled some how.

you'll get a lot more time skiing if you stay in whis and forget ski instructing. forget it. get a night job, buy a pass. ski everyday without criss-crossing the cat-tracks with a train of goobers behind you.

Fernie! If you live and work there then your set. RCR pass, and mid week ski days at Ferndog is fucking epic (when snow is good). Good OB, lotsa cliffs, and when they get their dumps, you will be in heaven. I think theres a shot in the Seth Morrison Cronicles where Kent Krietler or Doug Coumbs is straighting down a little face and the snow is up to his armpits, he hits a cliff and his whole body comes out and when he lands he is completley submerged. No stopping just under snow for like 10 meters. It truly sums up a good day at Fernie. If ou get the right conditions then your set. Plus loads of hotties of christmas and a fun town nightlife. If that doesnt work. Im guessing you have a car. Go to Banff and work in town or at one of the hills around. Crazy night life and an itching and burning sensation that will stay with you for seasons!

yeah! go to manning! then you can shred with the local freeskiers there! (which is essentially myself and about 3 other people) do it do it do it!!!
