I cant do a 360 anymore

I have a serius problem, i cant do a 360 anymore, first i always did 720's whitout problem, but 3 months ago i injured my knee, and i had to recover for 3 month, now if i try a simple 360 i always land on my left hip.. its weird, i tryed for 100 times but i keep landing on my hip. :(

yeah i don't even do 3s anymore, 5s come so much more naturally for me and strangely enough i'm more comfortable landing switch now.
 
yeahh i never tried 540 again, after my injurie, but i want to do the basic first again..

the problem is that i go a little corked ..
 
Just relax and stick out your arms out a bit for balance. You might look silly the first few times, but once you acatually land a few you can take it from there and make it stylish.
 
pre-wind and always look for your landing. Try to keep your core strong and perpendicular to the jump. Try some flat land 3's and you will be fine.
 
That sucks dude, comming back from injuries is tough. I know how you feel. I suck pretty bad and I have had some bad injuries. jus keep on trying, you are probably still better than alot of people. like me.
 
dont pre-wind, if you do that you will spin to early. If you spin to early you will get off axis and land on your side. that could be what your doing already. do it with your chestand dont let your arms get twisted up

spin with your hips. spinning with your chest is better than spinning with your arms, but it'll still tend to throw you off axis.

Maybe you're popping too early or too much. Try some 3s on flat ground and get a feel for the motion. Also, are you looking at the ground when you spin?
 
i dont know what i am doing that is te problem, before my injuri i did 720's, and i did 360 whit different grabs like it was nothing, i didnt even think about how to set a 360 it was so easy..

Now i keep falling on my hip, and i the air i go a bit cork, and i also dont have control in the air anymore..

But switch spinning is still easy, i can do switch unat 5 whitout problem..

its probably in your head. once you stomp one you'' be doing them with ease again. now i dont even do park cause this is gonna be my first real year doing park but whatever. and i know what you mean about coming off injuries, its hard. right now im doing alit of physical therapy for my knee. it blows.
 
yea i once did too much pre-wind when i was a n00b and both my skis popped off and i flew in the air and hit the ground with no skis, everyone laughed thier ass off should've gotten it on vid.
 
if your really having troubles, take off your skis and do some threes, that will teach you the motion, then put on your skis, no need excesive pre-winding. pop up and straight
 
remeber to pop and thne just look over your shoulder of which ever way you spin try it off backyard jumps then slowly go bigger
 
its seriously a phase. happens to the best of us. remember when t-hall couldnt throw a 3 for a few months?... oh nevermind, he broke both ankles. damn sucks for you
 
maybe just try to focus more, the same thing happend with my bro and skateboarding, he broke his leg and then was scared to push himself skating.. not to say your scared or anyting just focus more or psych yourself out.
 
it'll deffinetely come back to you dont worry but try not to think about it too much...pop, look over your shoulder, grab, spot, 4 point and you got it
 
Try throwing the fist on the opposite arm of the way you spin straight into the air upon taking off. This will keep your axis straight, until you get it back fully! Good Luck
