I call myself conservative, but this is just crazy.

i think we should sign them up for the army. make them go through basic, ship them over to Iraq and see if they can last 6 months. this makes me so mad. they have no respect. and the worst thing is they bring their kids into this non sense

I read about this in my local paper a while back, apparently there is a group of bikers that act as an honor guard at the funerals and keep these dipshits away from the families.

I definatley think that th muslim extremist are better, the only reason why the became extremist is because the states were trying to "liberate" Iraq and Afghanistan and give "freedom and democracy" Tha states have to police the world. it sucks we don't agree with them and that to us their ideas seem completely bogus. The thing is, you're all forgetting that there is nothing wrong with what they are doing. They shouldn't be arrested or thrown in jail. Yes, I may not agree with a single word that comes out of their mouth, but I suppourt their every right to say what they think. Not letting them protest would just be making us as bad as them in the end. Thus proving their worths even more. I know it must be hard on those families, but they need to understand that their son died to protect people like them. That's what makes this country so great. No matter how evils somethign you say is, you haev a right to say it.

Aight this is not a case of freedom of speech. There speech is intended to bring shame a dishonor to another person. THe soldiers who died are not fags. I cannot come out and publish a document slandering somone without reprcussions and these people should be hit with that suit. Also they are intending on causeing emotional harm to the parents and relatives of these people, which again crosses the bounds of free speech.
 
No, tehy should be able to say whatever they want to at a public place...within reason. They can't be in somebody's face yelling at them. They could have held the funeral in a private building that did not invite that group to join.
 
you can say whatever you want, but it should definitely have consequences. If something is degrading and hurtful, and this is the case for the people concerned, it should be considered at the same level as racism. Technically you can be openly racist but we know better and repress people who are, and it should apply for that too.

They are taking complete advantage of a tool that we have long felt valued. However, they havent yet strapped bombs to themselves. Dont talk about ignorance if you cant spell it. But yes their complete lack of knowledge is disgusting. Protesting and a soldiers funeral is one of the worst things that someone could do. A marine died in my home town. He was a member of the lacrosse and football teams. All the team payed their respect. If anyone tried to protest they would have been beaten so into oblivion that they wouldnt know what protesting was.

what they do is called harrassement, or disrupting the peace, and is reprimendable.

After seeing that picture it really fucking pisses me off. My cousin died in Iraq thanx to road side bomb, his hummer blew up and killed him instantly. I'm not one to go tell everybody about this but seeing that is pathedic. I kno for myself if i saw that at Nick's funeral i would have probably done something i would have later regreted. People like that really need to think about what they are doing and get a little more educated on a topic before they go around protesting with signs that are rediculous and are embarassing. I feel very sorry for anyone that was at that funeral and had to see that bitch "protesting" against the war.
