i am so impressed with cop

on the first table there were these kids on snowboards that sucked and they just stood on the top of the table and when you would go to hit it they would leave and snowboard down the landing, we almost landed on lots of those kids.

Alrighty, I come from the same land as brokebutitsworthit, and another thing they told us was they were gonna be taking suggestions from people and were open to ideas, so definitely email them, also, they're gonna get a bunch of the freestyle instructors to sit down with the head honchos and help them design a park that people will like. From the sounds of it, they'll be more progression stuff, so you don't go from kiddie killers to mega kicker. But yeah, throw in ideas, cause they might just use them.

I am also from COP land. We've been petitioning the park builders (Wade)for like two years to give us a wallride. If you're gonna inundate COP with emails, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A WALLRIDE!

I heard that its opening for the 29th weekend and then closing again till the next weekend. Can someone tell me if this is true, and what kind of park I can expect if any.

 
its true. on the 29th they'll be open from 12 till 8, on the weekend its 9 to 5 i think but im not sure about that. theyll be during the week and reopen on the weekend i think. the 29th is the projected date, so unless all the snow melts or something like that, they should be open on friday. which is pretty

its supposed to get up to 9 degrees comeing up this week, which wont do to much damage to the snow base

I heard it's supposed to get warm too, but as long as they have cooler weather for a few days then they can probably build up their base with the snowmakers. As for the wallride, don't quote me, but I hear they're working with some companies to try and get one in, so keep your fingers crossed!

THIS JUST IN : aparently the park is gonna be the whole distance of the hill following the quad, and there are gonna be jumps and jibs all the way down, and they scraped plans for a 40 foot box to make some kind of s box!

aaah skiing today was sick! i cant stop smiling! even though the snow sucked i had an amazing time. soooo good to get back on skis!!!!!

I went today (saturday) I thought it was pretty dope for october. And I just have to say FLAVA FROESE IS DA BOMB DIGGITY.

 
yeah flava is the shit...he was the first person to ski at a ski hill in canada....hes soooo cool...i want to be just like him when i grow up.

This is the set up:

The long box they had set up going down last year is just set up flat.

They have a down rail wich is a bit shorter than the long box and maybe 3 feet or so off the ground.

They have a tiny little fat rail.

They have the small square type box set up as well.

I think they open again this friday for the weekend like last weekend.

there was a guy at the ski show who tald me what was going down, he said there are gonna be pretty much 3 lines, 1 kiddie line, 1 intermideate line and a pro line, tehre are gonna have more rails than they can have at one time so there will keep changing everything around, its gonna be a concave wallride, some crazy new rails/boxes and every few days they are going to completely tear down the lips and rebuild them so that they are always smotth with no ridges and crap like that that can screw peps up

Last time I went which was Friday they had 6 features. The Little flat metal box, the wide short box, and the A frame rail, the 12 foot flat rail, they had this really cool long 20 foot flat rail, that was like 10 iches off the ground but super smooth, and the down box which was cool for lipslides and stuff like that.

do the chickens have large talons?
