Hey everybody, i am 6'3" and 265lbs. I am not fat i am a athletic bodybuilder type who also is an advanced/expert skier (not quite expert). I really want to add a set of twin tips to my collection. I was thinking of the mantra, karma, PE, scratch BC. will any of these be stiff enough for my heavy ass?? or are there any other that will be better?? also does any one know about "Movement" brand skis from switzerland and where to buy them?? looking to buy soon so please reply quickly if possible.

thanks

karma's are a solid choice, go 185 there stiff.

bc is a favorive of mine and with your size i think you would realy love the ski. do you have a binding in mind?

also check out the ar6, its a beefy ski, you would have fun with it to.

and movement skis are sick, racers edge in breck carrys the full line. there twin's are all pretty soft though.

invaders!

that was a joke, but seriously, seths would be pretty badass also. a little less park and more all mountain but they would definately hold up to wahtever you threw at them

^Seths are pretty soft... they're great all-mountain for lighter skis, but they'd be noodles for this guy.

I'd suggest either the Rossi Scratch BC or the 4frnt MSP. I haven't skied the Scratch BCs but I've heard great things. I own a pair of 187 4frnt MSPs and I'd say they just about right for what you're looking for. Nobody would consider them the stiffest boards on the market, but they are not soft by any means. Definitely made for a slightly more aggressive skier that knows how to power through the turns... especially in 187. Twin-tipped and perfectly capable for park riding; they're a little more at home tearing up the both the groomers and the powder.

the 187 msp is the best suggestion i've seen so far. that ski kills it and if you're big, it won't kill you.

Some head mojo 90 or fatter would be good for you. just get the tallest size like 181ish..

just make sure you get a ski thats over 180 in length and has somewhat of a fatter underfoot like 85 or more... you will be fine...

find the stiffest 130 waist ski on the market!!! or go with scott p4 in the 191 length, damn wish i would have bought those.
