no it wouldn't...as long as its not the same design..if you use a different text it would be fine...for the reason that it isn't a company, "I am a skier" isn't a company its just words...now if you put ARMADA on a shirt..yes it would be infringement...but words...you can use and its not a problem...People use the same phrase all the time on shirts...
