When, if ever, can a person take a trip to Summit county, have cooler weather than the end of march, and have tolerable life lines? Summit county area is about the only option, looking to maybe get some better conditions than late stuff. So whats the least crowded time up there? Keystone people please speak up.

i went for vacation there and skied keystone and copper on weekdays and it wasn't crowded. then i skied breck on a friday and it was a little crowded and then i skied winter park on a saturday and it was pretty damn crowded. this was the third week of feberuary so i dont know about other times but midweek was pretty nice for me then

When, not where, I even specified where.

When, When, When is the least crowded time at the big I-70 resorts, particularly Keystone?

durring the week, or early hours of the morning, but you won't want to ski till atleast 10 cause the snow will be cement if the sun dosent have a chance to warm up

breck wasent to bad i skied on the lift every time and just skied freeway for the most part.  but hey the snow is alwase good in the park

ALL you want to know is when? isn't it obvious? weekdays not crowded. friday maybe a little crowded. saturday super freaking crowded. sunday pretty freaking crowded.

Time of year man, as in month, week, etc. I know the uncrouded hours I've experienced that. I thought I kinda hinted at that saying as opposed to late march, sorry if I didnt.

What time of your would be the least crowded at the big I-70 resorts, save the ass end of the season?

i ski keystone almost every day, so i'll speak up..

keystone is usually the least crowded, specifically the park, early in the week. m-w its fairly empty, thursday and friday it picks up a little more, and the weekends are the worse, but still never bad compared to other places. (see: breck) the cool thing about keystone is that even when the main parking lot is completely full to the point of being closed, when you get out on the hill (and even at the lifts) it never seems that crowded. skier's left is closed for the season because they're rebuilding for superpark, so you're left with skier's right which is all of the smaller jibs and medium jumps, but its still fun. hope i helped.

Avoid spring break and winter break and right when the mountain opens. A good time to go is mid january and all of feb. March is good for the park, especially now since spring break is pretty much done. Go up mid week and you should be fine.

keystone was deserted last weekend and i mean weekdays work to so basically later in the season or during the week
