I-70 this weekend

Got a call at the shop yesterday from C-DOT saying that I-70 was going to be closed from friday to monday. Traffic will be directed to Golden, and then through 6 to get to I-70. Just letting everyone know before you take the long drive up.

damn, traffic is going to BLOW!! going to have to leave super early to beat that. no doubt there is going to be some huge semi truck that has a driver who doesnt know how to drive in the mountains and we will all be stuck there going 10 mph. damn!

no, no one should take hwy 6 it is cursed just don't ski this weekend knit and such- it is far too dangerous to try to brave 6

The traffic on I-70 on the weekends is redonkulous. I lived in Denver for five years eight years ago and every year it got worse. So I moved and now live in Frisco. I don't dare go out on the weekends ever. It's just a waste of time. I don't know how peepl deal with it.
